The solution
The EDL-10TW flush-mount ceiling speakers (100 V) and the EDL-82HQ hi-fi version are distributed unobtrusively through every room. The DRM-882LAN audio matrix controls the rooms separately; the PA-1450D class-D power amplifier drives them. Announcements come from the PA-4000PTT call station in the control room.
